Senate Bill 100 regarding Renewable Energy
Senate Bill 100 is intended to ensure the adequacy of Colorado’s electric transmission infrastructure requiring utilities to designate energy resource zones to encourage the installation of renewables and authorizing cost recovery from electric utility customers. Aquila is seeking input from all parties interested in installing renewable generation that requires or may require transmission service in or around our service territory.
