2003 Biennial Report

On August 19th 2004, personnel from Xcel Energy' s transmission function met with personnel from Xcel Energy's merchant function and discussed generator interconnection #G-405. Transmission personnel relayed to Markets that the MISO-hosted scoping meeting for the interconnection had occurred earlier in the day, and that it was uncertain whether the interconnection would occur at 115-kV (the Northern States Power system) or 161-kV (Great River Energy's system). Transmission personnel also relayed that it appeared that the generator had not requested the accelerated process under the MISO tariff.
