November 4, 2007 Daylight Saving Time Notice

October 30, 2007 ARC Event

Just a reminder - parts of Indiana (Carmel included) will be falling back in observance of Daylight Saving Time (DST) on Sunday, November 4, 2007 at 0200. Midwest ISO systems and corresponding market timing will remain on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

A few things to remember:

All requests made on the Midwest ISO OASIS will be evaluated in Eastern Standard Time (EST), and all products will be sold in EST. The times noted in Attachment J, of the Open Access Transmission Tariff Business Practices - Module B of the Tariff will also be evaluated against EST.

The MW profile of every pre-reserved Ramp Reservation must exactly match the submitted tags. Ramp Reservations that are not pre-reserved will be auto-created by the Ramp Reservation System.

The Midwest ISO requests that Market Participants carefully review information submitted to ensure that timing is on Eastern Standard Time and is not on Daylight Savings Time.

For more information regarding Physical Scheduling, please refer to Attachment G of the Scheduling BPM.
