Requesting FTRs on and after Feb 20th, 2008

Market Participants will be unable to access the FTR area on the Midwest ISO Portal beginning Feb 20th, 2008. This action is in accordance with the Dec 20th, 2007 FERC Order on the LTTR Transition filing, and is in preparation for releasing the upgraded FTR system including the new Auction Revenue Rights (ARR) capabilities. Upon reopening the portal access to FTR system, Market Participants will not be able to download the historical market data therefore Market Participants requiring access to their market data are requested to complete their download activities prior to Feb 20th, 2008. Midwest ISO will process any subsequent historical data requests upon receiving a service request.

Once the current FTR system has been taken offline, the FTRs for the new Point-To-Point requests pursuant to Section 43.5.1 of the EMT will be processed manually.  Market Participant shall continue to submit the new Point-To-Point TSR requests on the OASIS and send an email request to Tariff Administration at tariffadministration@midwestiso.org  if FTRs are intended, using the template attached here. Midwest ISO Tariff Administration, FTR and Pricing Team, and Transmission Access Planning will coordinate any such requests and specify the FTR awards to the corresponding PTP TSR on the OASIS.

Midwest ISO will send follow up notification when the system upgrade has been completed and the FTR system is back online.

If you have any questions on the ARR/FTR process, please contact your Client Account Representative or the FTR and Pricing Team at FTRServices@midwestiso.org.
