The RTO-RA-OP-003 procedure is currently posted to the Reliability Authority page on the Midwest ISO extranet site at link below.
In the event of any changes to the procedure RTO-RA-OP-003, a draft redlined version is posted to the Reliability Authority Page on the Midwest ISO extranet site at link below. Upon completion of review of draft version, the final version will be posted at the same location mentioned above.
