The discounted rate is derived automatically every Thursday morning by a computer program using current transmission system information. The discounted rate, along with other transmission and ancillary services rates, is then posted on OASIS for all Customers to see simultaneously at http://www.oatioasis.com/tva/tva_prices.htm.
