- 01/08/10 Operating and Scheduling Protocols Updated The Operating and Scheduling Protocols Business Practice document has been updated with an additional sentence in item #6 requiring Source Name to be filled in on TSR requests sourcing in the NVE Balancing Areas. Comments to this change will be taken for the next 3 business days prior to the Business Practice change going into effect. - NEW! Outages Posted 120 Day Out - Beginning 9/11/2009, SPPC is posting outages for 120 days out. Please check any outages of interest to you for changes as the outage gets closer to being in effect. - Path 52 TTC Rating Change NV Energy. As of 04/16/09, Sierra Pacific Power Co. d/b/a NV Energy has a new rating on its Silver Peak to Bishop tie line. Starting immediately, TTC rating will be 13 MW import and 17 MW export, as opposed to the original 17 MW both ways due to phase shifter capabilities.
