Notice - the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has accepted for filing revisions to PSEI's Open Access Transmission Tariff's Schedules 5 and 6. In addition, the Commission accepted for filing a new ancillary service Schedule 13, titled “Regulation and Frequency Response Service for Generators Selling Outside of the Control Area.” See Docket ER10-723 for details. PSEI hopes to post a revised OATT containing these changes in the very near future. April 16 2010
