__________________________________________ Business Practices Update - 07/16/2007 PSCo is changing the mechanics required to accommodate pre-schedules with the Pacific Prevailing Time Zone on paths that are fully reserved as Firm. Beginning with the pre-schedule period for 07/19/2007, Unscheduled Firm capacity will be released into the first hour of the day following the Pre-Scheduling window (in accordance with the WECC pre-scheduling calendar). At this time, the use of the temporary OASIS number “PENDING” will no longer be required and will therefore be discontinued. __________________________________________ Business Practices Update - 07/12/2007 FERC Order 890 related business practices and other documents have been posted and can be found under the FERC 890 Postings folder. __________________________________________ News Item - 05/15/2007 The proposed PSCo Transmission Rates to be effective on June 1, 2007 are now available under the General Information folder to the left. __________________________________________ News Item -04/09/2007 PSCo has now modified its Tag Validation to use “Path POR/POD” validation instead of “POR/POD” validation. This allows Customers to use the same TSR # on more than one line in the tag and the validation checks the first line POR and the last line POD to ensure that the tag matches up with the TSR. With one TSR, the Customer can now use this method for tagging across the Four Corners Bus, as well as complying with the WIT tagging rules requiring a new line in the tag for each change of Balancing Authority on a given path (See example PDF document titled “2007_04_09 Path POR-POD Tag Validation Change” on the PSCo OASIS Home Page under the General Information folder). __________________________________________ Business Practices Update - 04/05/2007 Public Service Company of Colorado has modified its business practices to include the process by which Network Integrated Transmission service is obtained across the AC-DC-AC Lamar Tie with the Eastern Interconnection. These revised business practices are posted on the PSCo home page under the General Information folder. __________________________________________ News Item - 03/23/2007 A file with updated information on Xcel Energy Transmission Projects has been posted. It can be found at the "Transmission Project Updates 23March2007" link under the General Information folder to the left. __________________________________________ Business Practices Update - 02/22/2007 Public Service Company has posted a new red-line Business Practice clarifying the policy on redirecting Firm Point-to-Point requests as Firm. __________________________________________ News Item - 02/13/2007 Berthoud substation is scheduled to be on-line 2/26/2007. A clearance will be taken to tap the Boyd to Lonetree line on 2/26/2007. The work should be completed the same day. Public Service Energy Markets will be required to schedule to this native load until Western Area Power Administration completes its installation of Control Area metering. __________________________________________ New Document - 01/17/2007 Please note the Transmission Credit Policy under Documents - General Information section of the PSCo OASIS Home page. __________________________________________ Business Practices Update - 01/12/2007 The PSCo Business Practices have been updated to include a process for Customers to request Annulment of a Confirmed TSR. __________________________________________ POR/POD Name Update - 01/08/2007 The SHR3 POR/POD on the PSCo system has been renamed to SHIPROCK345 to conform to a consistent naming convention in the west. __________________________________________ 01/08/2007 The PSCo Native Network Resources for 2007 has been updated and can be found under Documents – System Information – Native Network Resources section of the PSCo OASIS Home page. __________________________________________ Path Ratings Update - 11/29/2006 The PSCo path TRM and TTC values have been updated for Winter 2006-07 based on the recent Winter WECC OTCPC studies and supplemental internal studies. The values will again be updated when the 2007 Summer studies are completed in spring of 2007. __________________________________________ Business Practices Update - 06/14/2006 PSCO has posted for comment changes to the Business Practices relating to Pre Scheduling with the Pacific Time Zone.
