Beginning with the pre-schedule period for 07/19/2007, Unscheduled Firm capacity will be released into the first hour of the day following the Pre-Scheduling window (in accordance with the WECC pre-scheduling calendar). This allows Customers to use the same TSR # on more than one line in the tag and the validation checks the first line POR and the last line POD to ensure that the tag matches up with the TSR. With one TSR, the Customer can now use this method for tagging across the Four Corners Bus, as well as complying with the WIT tagging rules requiring a new line in the tag for each change of Balancing Authority on a given path (See example PDF document titled “2007_04_09 Path POR-POD Tag Validation Change” on the PSCo OASIS Home Page under the General Information folder). __________________________________________ Business Practices Update - 04/05/2007 Public Service Company of Colorado has modified its business practices to include the process by which Network Integrated Transmission service is obtained across the AC-DC-AC Lamar Tie with the Eastern Interconnection.
