On June 1, 2010, the rating on the S. Navajo 500kV Transmission path will
be increased from 2264 MW to 2645 MW in the southbound direction.  The rating
increase is due to upgrades to the S. Navajo series capacitors.  Participants
of this line will appropriately adjust their indivudual TTC values no later than
May 27th, 2010 to become effective on June 1, 2010.

On May 25th, APS energized the new Morgan 500/230Kv transformer and energized
the 230Kv line from Morgan to Raceway.

The APS/SRP 2nd Quarter FERC 890 Attachment K Stakeholder meeting is set for June
24th, 2010.  The meeting information and agenda are posted under the Transmission
Planning folder.

On June 8, 2010 at 10:00 AM, APS will hold its Annual Transmission Revenue
Requirement customer meeting as required pursuant to the APS Open Access Transmission
Tariff (OATT).

The purpose of the meeting is for APS to provide details about its Annual Update
and to provide customers with an opportunity to seek information and clarification.
Meeting details are listed below:

Prior to gaining access to the meeting room, all meeting attendees must check in
with Security, located on the lobby level, present a government issued form of
identification and obtain a visitor badge.  Please RSVP via email to Kent Walter,
kent.walter@aps.com, no later than June 4, 2010, to allow security to compile a complete
list of attendees and expedite the check in process.  Those without email access may
telephone Mr. Walter at 602-250-2294.  If you are unable to attend in person and require
conference call accommodations, please advise Mr. Walter.

APS has posted on OASIS an updated copy of the Attachment E Hyperlinks as
referenced in Attachment E of APS's FERC approved OATT. If you have any questions

have been posted, with an effective date of April 1, 2010.

APS has posted on OASIS a copy of the OATT as currently on file with the
Commission.  Recent FERC approved revisions include Attachment E, Regional Transmission
Planning Process, and section 2.2, Reservation Priority For Existing Firm Service
Customers. If you have any questions regarding the revised tariff sheets please contact

Hourly Non-firm transmission service available at the Regional Rate.  
Select the service you wish to buy and off you go. 

Before you buy and use the Regional Transmission product, make sure you’ve 
done your homework . . .
•Have you executed the new, Non-Firm Annex A service agreement with all the 
WestConnect Pricing Experiment Regional TPs (AZPS, EPE, NEVP, PNM, 
PSCO, SWTC, TSGT, WACM, & WALC)?  Check with your regular contracts 
person at each TP to obtain the new service agreement.
•Have you established creditworthiness with each Regional TP?
•Have you obtained the service through the OASIS/WC Wizard button?
•Have you followed the proper E-Tagging procedures for all entities involved in 
the path?

A few things to remember along the way . . .
•Only Hourly, Non-Firm service is available with the Regional Rate
•Sorry, but no renewals, resales, or redirects are allowed.
•All Regional TPs in the path have to approve the reservation before going to a 
CONFIRMED state . . . so be patient. . .
•You can only request the regional service through the WC Wizard interface on 
OASIS.
•Confirmed TSR will have a $.09/MWh administrative fee added on your bill, in 
addition to the cost of the transmission.


* Losses and scheduling fees for each regional TP will still be charged.
