    Welcome To APGI - Tapoco Division (TAP)


    APGI - Tapoco Division

    Welcome to Alcoa Power Generating, Inc. - Tapoco Division. Effective July 1, 2011, Alcoa Power Generating, Inc. Tapoco Division will become a NERC registered TSP with the acronym of TAP. The TVA-Duke interface will be separated into two tie points, TVA-DUK and TVA-TAP. TAP will be a POR and POD on the TVA OASIS system and the TSP between TVA and DUK for the Santeetlah-Robbinsville tie point.
    **************************Due to the Cheoah Hydro Modernization Project a reconfiguration of the 161kv lines around Cheoah has occurred and will remain in effect until 05/01/2012.
