Effective Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 1000 hours, the SPP Primary Coordination Center has relocated to 201 Worthen Drive, Little Rock, AR 72223-4936. Contact telephone numbers have NOT changed. However, the FAX numbers HAVE changed. The new FAX numbers to be used beginning on the effective date/time are as follows:

*In 2005 we asked all members to discontinue using the number of (501) 603-0145 to reach SPP Operations. As a courtesy, this number was left active so that when someone dialed this number it would roll over to the correct SPP Operations contact number of (501) 614-3900 until such time that all of SPPs members had changed their systems to the new number. SPP has now discontinued the old number. Please ensure that you use only (501) 614-3900 as the contact for SPP Operations. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.*

On Monday, May 9, at 8:00am CDT, SPP will activate Daily Non-firm On-Peak and Daily Non-firm Off-Peak Transmission Services. Please see the posting titled "Daily Non-firm On/Off-Peak Transmission Service" in the SPP Business Systems Updates folder to the left or click here for more details. A "How-to" guide for requesting these services has been added to the posted document.

Effective Monday, April 12, 2010: The Application to Undesignate a Designated Network Resource has been updated to include the undesignation of long term service on a long term basis (one year or more). Please use the new form when requesting the undesignation of a DNR.

ATTENTION SPP Network Customers: According to currently posted SPP Business Practice 2.11, "The Request Reference Field on the [Non-firm Network] reservation should include the original network service [A.K.A. Master NITS] OASIS reference number." Please note that any request for Non-firm Network Service that does not include the Master NITS reservation number in the Request Reference field will be deemed INVALID.

Customer information, including a working telephone and fax number, must be complete in order to submit a Transmission Service Request!!

The previous SPP OASIS will still be available for research purposes. Only TSRs in a status of QUEUED, RECEIVED, STUDY, ACCEPTED, COUNTEROFFER, and CONFIRMED with an end date after June 24, 2009 were moved over to the webOASIS system. All other TSRs are still available for review at http://sppoasis.spp.org.
