SPP OASIS Homepage Modifications to the UPDATES section:
- Delayed Offerings link has been replaced with a link to SWPP Flowgates.
- "OOME Instructions" has been renamed "Emergency OOMEs."
- "Manual Curtailments (Previously called NDR Curtailments)" has been renamed "All OOMEs (Weekly Update) - Previously called Manual Curtailments"
These links provide easy access to documents which are also accessible from the DOCUMENTS section on the left side of the page; those links have been renamed as well.
SPP has completed the latest iteration of the Bi-Annual Reserve Zone Study. The SPP OATT calls for normal bi-annual Reserve Zone changes be made effective each June 1 and December 1. Reserve Zone changes are only recommended if the Bi-Annual Reserve Zone Study identifies a need for such changes. Recently completed studies have not identified any such need. SPP will not be recommending any Reserve Zone changes be made effective on June 1, 2018.
In the spring of 2016, SPP identified an error in the model used for the MW-mile impact calculation in which the ownership of certain transmission facilities were not attributed to ITC Great Plains. The error resulted in the incorrect distribution of PTP revenues to other SPP Transmission Owners. SPP corrected the error in the model and the MW-mile impact calculation in the June 2016 billing cycle. Since that time, SPP has spent significant time reviewing the settlements data and determined that the net impact of this error was de minimus. As a result, SPP does not plan to initiate a resettlements process to correct this error historically.
Please direct any questions regarding this error to Steve Davis at firstname.lastname@example.org.
