- 05/27/09 New and Revised Business Practices Posted for Comment! The following Business Practices are new or have been revised: Intra-Hour Transmission Service Request, Within-Hour Transactions, Processing of Late Transmission Service Requests, and Transmission Loss Scheduling. - Path 52 TTC Rating Change NV Energy. As of 04/16/09, Sierra Pacific Power Co. d/b/a NV Energy has a new rating on its Silver Peak to Bishop tie line. Starting immediately, TTC rating will be 13 MW import and 17 MW export, as opposed to the original 17 MW both ways due to phase shifter capabilities. Please find the attached document under the Transmission Information folder.
- Summit TTC Rating Change NV Energy. As of 12/30/08, Sierra Pacific Power Co. d/b/a NV Energy has a new rating on its Summit tie line. Starting Dec 30th, 2008, TTC rating will be 55 MW export for HE18 thru 22, as opposed to the original 70 MW due to phase shifter constraints. This will continue each day through the month of February.
- Nevada Power and Sierra Pacific Power Renamed NV Energy - Effective September 22nd, 2008, Nevada Power and Sierra Pacific Power will do business under the name (d/b/a) NV Energy. Click here for the news release.
