- 01/08/10 Operating and Scheduling Protocols Updated - The Operating and Scheduling Protocols Business Practice document has been updated with an additional sentence in item #6 requiring Source Name to be filled in on TSR requests sourcing in the NVE Balancing Areas. Comments to this change will be taken for the next 3 business days prior to the Business Practice change going into effect. - NEW! Transmission path posted REDB to Mcculloug500 - Beginning 12/10/2009. Path goes through Mcculloug230 to get to the Mcculloug500 and must be tagged as such with LDWP as the SE for this segment. - WestConnect Pricing Experiment Goes Live! On July 1, 2009, the WestConnect Pricing Experiment was placed in service. Reservations on a path utilizing adjacent WestConnect participating transmission providers through the WestConnect Deal Wizard allow the transmission customer to make one reservation at one price. - Starting June 2nd 2009 00:00 hrs there will be a new bi-directional path rating on the Navajo/Crystal line. – Path 49 EOR will be uprated from 8055 MWs to 9300 MWs. These changes have been made to the Arizona security manual. The reasons for the new operating limits are the increased rating changes to the Navajo-Crystal series capacitors located at the Navajo and Crystal substations and to the Perkins-Mead series capacitors located at both ends. NV Energy's share or the NAV/CRY line segment will increase from 371 MWs to 522 MWs at full comp all EOR lines in service.
