    MPCN OASIS Transition to MISO OASIS

    Beginning September 1, 2015 at 00:00:00 Eastern Standard Time, transmission service over Minnkota facilities will be accomplished through the MISO OASIS. Transmission Service Request (TSR) submittals with a Transmission Provider of MPCN will be available through the MISO OASIS.  See Minnkota's Transmission Service Business Practices, effective September 1, 2015 for more details.
