LES is a municipally-owned electric utility serving the City of Lincoln, Nebraska and the surrounding area. The LES transmission tariff is available in full from the LES website at http://www.les.com/about-les/rates/les-transmission. Transmission Service requested on LES facilities after April 1, 2009 will be processed on the Southwestern Power Pool OASIS under the SPP Regional Tariff.
