I. Process

In the event that the Company plans to revise or add to any of its posted Business Practices, either for Schedule 21 or Schedule 20A Transmission Services, the following process for stakeholder review and input shall be followed:

 

§ A redlined document containing proposed change(s) to the Business Practices shall be available for downloading from the “Proposed Changes to Business Practices” table.

 

§ The “Proposed Changes to Business Practices” table will indicate that the document was posted. 

 

§ Interested parties must forward comments no later than 30 days from the date posted.

 

§ The Company will review all comments, develop a final draft and repost on the “Revised Practices” table.

 

§ The Revised Practice will become effective 30 days after being posted, after which, the Business Practices document shall be updated with the revision.
