Instructions for Posting a Resale Offer

Progress Energy Florida (PEF) is providing the following information to customers that may desire to post offers for resale on the PEF OASIS:

CFR 37.6(c)(5): Customers choosing to use the OASIS to offer for resale transmission capacity they have purchased must post relevant information to the same OASIS as used by the Transmission Provider from whom the Reseller purchased the transmission capacity. This information must be posted on the same display page, using the same tables, as similar capability being sold by the Transmission Provider, and the information must be contained in the same downloadable files as the Transmission Provider's own available capability.

Instructions for creating an offer for resale:

1) Log onto the PEF OASIS using an OATI digital certificate

2) In the menu at the top of page, click on “Offerings”

3) Click on “New Posting”

4) Enter data for service offered for sale; identify customer and contact

information in the “Seller Comments” area

5) Click on the “Submit” button
