Emergency Circumstances Deviations

This document has been posted on the Duke Energy Florida OASIS in order to adhere to the standard of conduct posting requirements contained in the NAESB Standard WEC-001, version 2.1. However, as a result of FERC Order 717, Transmission Providers are no longer required to post emergency circumstances deviations on OASIS (reference CFR 358.7(g)(2) ).
