Current Flowgate Methodology

Duke Energy Florida (DEF) is posting this document to explain its compliance with section 001.13.1.5 of NAESB Standard “Open Access Same-time Information Systems (OASIS) Standards” (WEQ-001). Transmission Providers are required to post a document describing their current flowgate methodology and grandfathered agreements. However, this document is only required for Transmission Providers using the Flowgate Methodology. DEF does not use the flowgate methodology to calculate ATC (DEF uses the area interchange methodology) and therefore is not required to post any information in response to this requirement.
