Loss Compensation: The loss factor is three (3) percent.

03/08/05 Special price offered for 6 month reservation. Offered monthly Firm transmission at fixed charge of $669.50/MW and a usage charge of $1.35/MWh with a monthly cap of $1030/MW. Conditons: 6 months starting 4/1/05, POD=PJM. See OASIS Message Posting Ref 605. Also changed references to AEP to show PJM instead.
