This page presents the total of the three required rate components for reservations on the Duke Energy Carolinas system. Please note that Duke Energy Carolinas does not include the cost of the two required ancillaries in the rates posted on the OASIS "query" pages.

Hourly Non-Firm reservation requests should
be submitted at the Current Non-Firm Transmission rate. Any change in position
on on-line negotiations will be announced on this page.

Duke Energy Carolinas is discontinuing the OASIS Supplemental Electronic Communications program effective February 15, 2010 and will replace it with OASIS Supplemental E-Mail Notification. - 03/08/05 Special price offered for 6 month
reservation. Offered monthly Firm transmission at fixed charge of $669.50/MW
and a usage charge of $1.35/MWh with a monthly cap of $1030/MW. Conditons: 6
months starting 4/1/05, POD=PJM. See OASIS Message Posting Ref 605.
Also changed references to AEP to show PJM instead.

Firm for October and November 2004.
- 11/04/02 - No price change. Repaired broken link to Supplemental Electronic Communication details.
