Below are the reported costs to redispatch on the Duke Energy Carolinas transmission system as per CFR §37.6.j.1 and CFR §37.6.j.2.
Offers of Third Party Redispatch:
CFR §37.6.j.1 "The Transmission Provider must allow the posting on OASIS of any third party offer to relieve a specified congested transmission facility."
The Customer may post offers for redispatch on OASIS under “Notices” and slecting "CONGESTION RELIEF OFFERS" from the Category or follow: https://www.oatioasis.com/cgi-bin/webplus.dll?script=/woa/woa-message-UI.wml&StartRow=1.
CFR §37.6.j.2 "The Transmission Provider must post on OASIS (i) its monthly average cost of planning and reliability redispatch, for which it invoices customers, at each internal transmission facility or interface over which it provides redispatch service and (ii) a high and low redispatch cost for the month for each of these same transmission facilities."
The Independent Entity has not been notified by Duke of an event that would require this posting.
Duke Energy Carolinas has not needed to redispatch their system for reliability, however, if in the future Duke does, then this information will be posted here.
CFR §37.6.j.2 "The Transmission Provider must post on OASIS (i) its monthly average cost of planning and reliability redispatch, for which it invoices customers, at each internal transmission facility or interface over which it provides redispatch service and (ii) a high and low redispatch cost for the month for each of these same transmission facilities."
Duke Energy Carolinas does not have any Customers electing to take planning redispatch services. When a Customer elects to take planning redispatch, this is where the information required in CFR §37.6.j.2 will be posted.
