Transmission Services Requests:
Customers needing help whith the TSR study process should review Sections 19 and 32 of the Duke Energy Carolinas Open Acess Transmission Tariff, the Transmission Service Request Study Information, and the Transmission Planning Summary.
The Independent Entity (Midwest ISO) performs the Transmission Provider (TP) Review/Approvals on tags. Duke Energy Carolinas still performs the Control Area (CA) Review/Approvals on tags.
Customers wanting to learn about Duke Energy Carolinas' ATC calculation Methodology, are encouraged to look over Attachmet C of the Open Access Transmission Tariff, the ATC Implementation Document (ATCID) comming soon, the CBM Implentation Document (CBMID) comming soon, the TRM Implementation Document (TRMID) comming soon, and the information presentend on the ATC Information Page.
